Opening April 2008

Ride a gorilla or perhaps a tiger or one of 32 rare and endangered animals on the zoo’s new carousel. Located next to the zoo’s playground the carousel and surrounding plaza have a Jersey Shore theme and will offer additional concessions, restrooms and picnic areas. The carousel will be open year round as it will be housed in a classic style carousel house. This new area will be available for party rentals as well as after hour affairs.
